A six-month specialist therapeutic programme for professionals recovering from workplace harassment, bullying and toxic management.
"Before working with Sha I felt completely destabilised by what was happening at work. Through our sessions I regained learned that I was being targeted and it wasn't my fault. I gained clarity, confidence and the ability to plan my next steps.

"I had reached a point where I felt constantly overwhelmed. The sessions helped me understand what was happening, what people were doing to me, and gave me tools that genuinely changed how I cope.”
Former Inner Shift program client
You didn't lose it. It was taken, systematically, deliberately, and over time.
They saw what you had. And they decided you shouldn't have it. Your confidence. Your expertise. Your drive. The thing that made you stand out, that's exactly what made you a target.
Bullying, harassment and micro-management aren't random. They're systematic. And they work until you understand what they're actually doing to you.
They're not just making your life difficult at work. They're rewiring how you think. They're shrinking how you see yourself. They're making you question everything you knew to be true about your own ability.
But here's what they didn't count on.
You found your way here.
After nearly three decades working with professionals navigating workplace harm, I know exactly how this happens. And more importantly, I know how to reverse it. I'm Sha LéWilante, Specialist Therapist and Forensic Recovery Consultant. I don't just help you cope. I help you understand what was done, rebuild what was eroded, and return you to yourself, clearer, steadier and back in your own power.
Your nervous system can be restored. Your identity can be rebuilt. And the clarity you've lost? It's not gone, it's buried under survival mode.

This is a specialist guided process for rebuilding yourself after toxic work environments.
You didn’t used to be like this
Your voice disappeared
You question yourself constantly
You can’t sleep
You feel small around certain people
You get silent when you should be speaking up for yourself
You are blatantly undermined
You are being pitted against a colleague
You feel at a loss and are afraid to leave
HR have done nothing to protect you
Your body is responding to threat, not weakness. In environments where power is abused, your system protects you by shutting down, freezing or shrinking.
This is survival, not failure.
You haven't lost your intelligence. Your body is trying to protect you from the unknown.
Your instincts were always right. You are being harassed.
Toxic workplaces distort your internal compass. They disrupt your clarity, your confidence and your sense of identity.
None of this happens because you’re weak.
It happens because your body and mind are doing exactly what they were designed to do when under continuous stress: prioritise survival.
Workplace toxicity isn’t just “difficult people” or poor management. It affects you because your nervous system and sense of self are being challenged in ways no human is built to withstand.
When you’re exposed to ongoing criticism, undermining, exclusion or instability, your system goes into survival mode. You begin managing threat, not work. Over time, that leads to:
hyper-vigilance and emotional exhaustion
shutting down or feeling numb
doubting your abilities or your worth
losing trust in your instincts
feeling disconnected from who you were before this started

"I help people recover from toxic workplaces, rebuild their nervous system and reclaim their personal and professional power.”

You were confident once. Then the comments, the tone, the meetings, the silences. The manipulation.
You started doubting yourself. You stopped sleeping. You froze when it mattered most.
You can no longer remain complacent. You don't have to tolerate abusive behaviour in the workplace or anywhere else. Now is the time to secure your safety and protect your nervous system before it's harmed beyond repair.
Feel constantly watched or undermined
Rehearse conversations before you speak
Leave meetings feeling small or ashamed
You’re exhausted but can’t switch off
Startle easily, cry privately or overthink every interaction
Your body reacts before your mind can catch up

Many people arrive believing they are failing. In reality, their responses are often adaptive reactions to prolonged stress, unpredictability, or power imbalance.
The Inner Shift™ focuses on:
restoring internal steadiness
understanding your responses in context
rebuilding self-trust and perspective
helping you think clearly again

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is treated as a personal flaw.
I have spent three decades at the intersection of clinical psychology and legal advocacy, handling complex cases that have reached the High Court and influenced national legislation. My career has been dedicated to representing those navigating broken systems, from specialist hospital personality disorder teams to frontline medical advocacy. I provide a level of forensic insight that goes beyond traditional therapy. I don't just support your recovery; I help you decode the system and reclaim your neurological sovereignty.
Today, I apply that same forensic rigour to workplace harm. Through my specialist program The Inner Shift™, I provide high-performing professionals with the clinical strategy and neurological protocols required to recover from institutional trauma. I don't just offer support; I offer a path to resolution based on thirty years of systemic expertise.
The Inner Shift is where we rebuild your power so you never lose yourself like this again.
My work stands at the intersection of clinical practice, deep psychological inquiry and spiritual intelligence.
I’m not here to inspire you. I’m here to help you repair what has been damaged and make decisions you
can live with.
I’ve spent decades helping people interpret their emotional collapse in real time.
Some problems are spiritual. Some psychological. Some physiological.
Real recovery recognises the difference.
Bullying, micromanagement, scapegoating, smear campaigns, and exclusion destabilise
the nervous system and erode your identity.
You’re not weak.
You’re reacting to chronic stress and psychological harm.
I help you rebuild your internal authority so you can make decisions from dignity instead of fear.
A focused pathway for people who have been emotionally damaged by toxic workplaces.
No motivational slogans.
No pretending it didn’t happen.
Just the steady restoration of who you are.

Why I Do This Work
I’ve worked inside the very systems that harm people. From corporate environments, front-line public sector roles, to charities. I’ve seen bullying, discrimination and harassment handled badly, and far too often ignored. I’ve been the person supporting victims, representing individuals in court for disability and mental health discrimination, and I’ve also been the person standing inside a toxic culture myself, watching the people who were meant to protect me get it wrong or worse, display indifference, ignorance and incompetence.
This is why I help professionals recover. Not from theory. From lived understanding and clinical expertise.
As a Specialist Therapist and Forensic Recovery Consultant, I’ve sat with people who used to be confident, capable and respected until their workplace broke them down. They started shrinking down to people who were less skilled, less intelligent and less informed that they were to avoid their wrath. This is bullying, undermining and harassment. You don’t need to tolerate abuse or be silenced.
You need support, strategy and someone who understands the weight of what you’re carrying. I've been there. I do understand. I've lived it and come out the other side. I do this work to help you do the same.

As a Specialist Therapist and Forensic Recovery Consultant with close to 30 years of clinical and statutory experience, I operate under the highest standards of professional confidentiality.
Whether you are navigating a complex institutional dynamic or preparing for a professional transition, your engagement with me, from this initial application to our private consultations is protected. I am committed to maintaining a secure, 'fire-walled' space where your identity and your history are shielded. My work is independent of any corporate or statutory body, ensuring that your path to recovery remains entirely your own.
Testimonials are published anonymously to protect people's identity and in line with UK Data Protection/GDPR legislation, unless otherwise publicly stated, such as on social media.
"This changed everything!"
"Working with Sha has been life-changing in so many ways. I was scared to speak up and did not know why. It was costing me sales. Then it was all made clear to me and what I learned was that I was safe to not only speak up, but to stand my ground, take up space and tell the bully to get lost. This changed everything. Once I did that, which took a lot out of me, things changed. I'm closing on my fourth deal this week and rising up to be their top agent soon. I never saw it before, but some people will stop at nothing if they see you doing well and they want to stop you. Sha helped me to not be distracted by their tactics."
Client, Godalming
"I had lost hope."
"This had happened before. I keep getting picked at just because I'm good at my job. I think it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in the corporate role. I had lost hope. It's been ruining my working life. But I needed the money so I put up with it. Then I got sick. Sha helped me to change some things about what I was doing and for the first time in years I had hope. I'm completing my training for a change of career and very exited. My manager doesn't mean anything to me anymore and that has made a difference."
Client, City of London
"Once you get it, you get it."
"I always thought it was my fault for being singled out. I thought only if I remained quiet. Dressed down, looked frumpy, and don't ever talk about myself that I would slide under the radar. But that made it worse. They really started on me then. Sha works with you in a way that focuses on what you are doing right, not wrong, and helps you to see and remember who you are and that gave me the confidence to speak up. Something I never did before. It made all the difference. Once you get it, you get it."
Client, Perth

Many of my clients begin by supporting their nervous system.
If you’re overwhelmed, listen to relaxation, mindfulness, calming visualisations and meditations that change your nervous system from fragmented to cohesive and in control. It can become difficult to bring yourself out of such a blissful state. But you can enjoy it for as long as you like.
You go from visibly shaking to rooted in stability.
The work begins when your body feels safe.
Whether you stay for now or decide to move on, there is a way to do it without losing yourself.
The first step is understanding that none of this is your fault.
