What is Workplace Toxicity?

Workplace toxicity isn’t just “difficult people” or poor management.

When you’re exposed to ongoing criticism, undermining, exclusion or instability, your system goes into survival mode. You begin managing threat, not work. Over time, that leads to:

  • hyper-vigilance and emotional exhaustion

  • shutting down or feeling numb

  • doubting your abilities or your worth

What's involved

A 6-month program

Each 2-hour session has a structured purpose and we work through it with precision and great detail.

The phases

I have specifically outlined the 4 phases that have been proven to work for those who are under highly toxic work environments and whose nervous system is operating at unsafe levels.

The recovery

The primary focus is on your recovery so that you are in a place of power, strength, clarity and clear-headedness to make informed decisions about your immediate future.

Your part

You will have things to do, tasks to completed outside of our sessions and they are crucial to your recovery. You will be supported and guided along the way.

I am a Specialist Therapist and Forensic Recovery Consultant with nearly three decades of experience in workplace trauma, identity erosion and nervous system recovery.

I do this work because I have seen what happens when strong, capable people are slowly dismantled by environments that reward fear and punish truth. I have lived it too.

This is not generic confidence coaching. This is rehabilitation for professionals whose nervous systems have been pushed beyond their limit, combined with expert clinical knowledge of resetting your nervous system.

I’ve seen how toxic cultures grow and how they silence people. I’ve also stood inside those cultures myself and had to find ways to recover when no one in the system had the knowledge or skill to intervene properly.

This process is deliberate and respectful of complexity.

The Inner Shift™ is not a crisis intervention space. If you are experiencing acute mental health episodes or require psychiatric care, you must seek medical support immediately. If your intention is revenge or retaliation, this is not the right space. I will assess everyone upon application.

Do I need to leave my workplace to start The Inner Shift™?

No. The Inner Shift is designed for professionals who are still inside a toxic workplace.
You do not need to leave your job to begin this work.
In fact, many people begin The Inner Shift while they’re still navigating the stress, uncertainty and pressure of their current environment.


How long does The Inner Shift™ take?

There is no rigid timeframe. Your system guides the pace, and our work adapts to what you need week by week.
Some people feel steadier within a few sessions. Others need longer-term stabilisation and identity repair.
We’ll discuss what’s appropriate for you during your consultation.


What actually happens in a session?

Every session is tailored to your nervous system and emotional state. We work with stabilisation, self-regulation, clarity-building and identity repair.Depending on your needs, the process may include therapeutic guidance, clinical hypnotherapy, grounding work or reflective practices. Everything is focused on helping you stay steady and stay yourself. We start where you are right now, on the day.


Are services confidential?

Yes, all sessions are confidential to ensure your privacy and comfort. I use a secure online service that ensures privacy. WhatsApp is no longer used for communication in any way.

Do you offer online sessions?

At this time I only do online sessions for counselling and coaching. I may do face-to-face for Past Life Regression but this depends on my schedule.

Is this therapy or coaching?

The Inner Shift is a specialist hybrid. It draws on therapeutic skill, clinical insight, advocacy experience and intuitive intelligence but it isn’t traditional therapy or generic coaching. It’s a structured process designed specifically for people who are being worn down by workplace toxicity.

What if I shut down, freeze or get overwhelmed during a session?

This is a common response to workplace trauma, and you will be fully supported. Your system is never pushed. We work gently, steadily and at your pace, using techniques that help you regulate rather than re-live anything overwhelming.

Will you tell me to leave my job?

Never. You will never be pressured to make decisions before you’re ready or able. Instead, we focus on helping you become clear, grounded and strong enough to make the right decision for you, in your own time. It's not always best to leave. Your best interest is the most important consideration here and always.

Is mediumship part of The Inner Shift™?

No. Mediumship and intuitive insight are not part of The Inner Shift™. They’re separate, optional sessions offered only to clients who specifically request spiritual guidance and not The Inner Shift™.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Sessions are held online, and I work with professionals internationally. We simply align session times across time zones.

What’s the first step?

A 30-minute consultation. This allows us to understand what’s been happening, assess what your system needs and decide whether The Inner Shift™ is the right support for you.

Why is there a minimum commitment?

Because meaningful change requires continuity, containment and trust. The Inner Shift™ is designed to work in stages, and a minimum commitment ensures the process is given the time and space it needs to be effective.

Why can't I just book this now and take me to checkout?

This is a bespoke course and I must speak with you before we agree to work together. This is to ensure that this is the right program for you just now. It is for your own safety and protection as well as mine. I only want you to invest in something that has the highest potential to be advantageous for you and not waste time or money for us both.

A Specialist Approach

Unlike general counselling or coaching, The Inner Shift™ is designed specifically for people navigating complex workplace dynamics, including bullying, coercive behaviour and personality-disordered environments. It is neither coaching or counselling.

This level of specialist intervention is comparable to other professional consultancy services.
