What's on offer

My work brings together my specialist counselling, therapeutic practice and spiritual guidance developed over more than thirty years of professional experience. Alongside these established pathways, I also offer The Inner Shift™, a structured programme designed for professionals navigating complex workplace dynamics.

Clinical Counselling Therapy

For adults seeking support with anxiety, grief, burnout, or simply navigating life. These 1:1 sessions offer deep listening, nervous system tools, and space to explore who you’re becoming. This service also includes specialist sessions to stop smoking and other hypnotherapy treatments.

AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY OR IN-PERSON.

How does counselling work?

Counselling can support individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, loss or periods of personal uncertainty.

How is counselling different from The Inner Shift™ programme?

Counselling provides open-ended therapeutic support tailored to the individual. The Inner Shift™ is a structured programme designed specifically for professionals navigating complex workplace dynamics.

How many sessions are usually required?

There is no fixed number. Some people benefit from short-term support, while others prefer longer-term therapeutic work depending on their circumstances.

How do you help with hypnotherapy?

I offer a specialist 'Stop Smoking in One Session' which is a 2-hr session. During the session we address cravings, triggers, and the psychological attachment to smoking while strengthening your motivation to stop. Most clients leave feeling calm, clear, and committed to becoming a non-smoker. As with any behavioural change, results depend on your readiness to quit and willingness to follow the guidance provided.

I also treat panic attacks, phobias, anxiety, fear, nervous ticks, and other behavioural habits through hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy supports behavioural change but cannot guarantee results and does not replace medical advice.

Spiritual Guidance

For adults seeking support with anxiety, grief, burnout, or simply navigating life. These 1:1 sessions offer deep listening, nervous system tools, and space to explore who you’re becoming.

AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY OR IN-PERSON.

What does spiritual guidance involve?

Spiritual guidance may include intuitive insight, reflective conversation and, where appropriate, mediumship. The focus is thoughtful exploration and connection rather than prediction or dependency.

Do I need to have spiritual beliefs to benefit from this?

No. Many people approach spiritual guidance with curiosity rather than fixed beliefs. The space is open and respectful of different perspectives.

How does this differ from counselling or therapy?

Counselling focuses on psychological and emotional processes. Spiritual guidance centres on insight, reflection and connection from a spiritual perspective.

Can spiritual guidance be combined with other support you offer?

Yes. Some individuals choose to explore both psychological and spiritual perspectives depending on what feels most helpful at a particular time.

Independent Advocacy Consultancy

PROTECTING RIGHTS. EMPOWERING VOICES.

In situations where individuals feel unheard, pressured or unfairly treated within organisational systems, independent advocacy may be appropriate. This support focuses on helping people understand their position, document concerns clearly and navigate complex workplace or institutional situations with greater confidence and protection.

What is independent advocacy?

Independent advocacy involves helping individuals understand their position, articulate concerns clearly and navigate complex organisational or institutional situations where they may feel unheard or unsupported.

Is this the same as legal representation?

No. Advocacy does not replace legal advice. Instead, it provides guidance, clarity and support in understanding situations and communicating concerns effectively.

Who might benefit from advocacy support?

Individuals facing workplace disputes, organisational investigations or situations where they feel their voice is not being fairly represented may find advocacy helpful.

What does advocacy support typically involve?

If I am working with a Barrister, this may involve face-to-face meetings with a client, reviewing situations, helping document concerns, clarifying options and supporting individuals in communicating confidently within formal processes. Also supporting other individuals through safeguarding issues.

Workplace Wellness

This work is primarily intended for professionals experiencing sustained pressure at work, including workplace conflict, bullying, toxic leadership or organisational stress. It focuses on restoring clarity, stability and direction during difficult professional situations.

No. While practical decisions may be discussed, the focus is psychological stabilisation, emotional recovery and navigating complex workplace dynamics with greater clarity and protection.

Do I need to be currently employed to seek support?

Not necessarily. Many people seek support while recovering from difficult workplace experiences or preparing to return to work after a challenging environment.

Can this support be combined with The Inner Shift™ programme?

Yes. For some individuals, The Inner Shift™ provides a structured pathway for deeper recovery and strategic direction when workplace harm has had a significant psychological impact.

The Inner Shift Programme

AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY OR IN-PERSON.

I support professionals and teams in creating healthier, more respectful work environments. From navigating workplace conflict & harm to building resilience and communication skills, these sessions promote wellbeing, productivity, and a stronger sense of balance at work.

Who is The Inner Shift™ designed for?

The specialist programme is designed primarily for professionals experiencing sustained pressure, workplace conflict or psychologically harmful environments. It provides structured support for stabilisation, clarity and recovery when professional situations have begun to affect emotional wellbeing and decision-making.

How is The Inner Shift™ different from counselling or coaching?

Counselling provides open-ended therapeutic support, while coaching often focuses on performance or goals. The Inner Shift™ is a structured programme that combines psychological stabilisation, specialist understanding of workplace dynamics and practical strategy within a contained framework.

Why does the programme require a minimum commitment?

The Inner Shift™ works through a staged process designed to stabilise, rebuild and integrate change over time. A minimum commitment ensures the work is approached thoughtfully and allows enough space for meaningful progress.

How long does it take to complete the programme?

The foundation programme consists of 12 sessions. Some individuals feel complete after this stage, while others may choose to continue with additional support depending on their circumstances and goals.
