All of them arrive having been told, in one way or another, that the problem is them.
It isn't.
For nearly three decades I've sat with people from every level of the workplace hierarchy. CEOs who crumble behind closed doors.
Nurses who give everything and receive nothing back. Artists, directors and frontline workers who arrive having been slowly dismantled by environments that reward fear and punish excellence.
Workplace trauma doesn't just steal confidence. It steals identity,
voice and the ability to trust yourself.
I don't see weakness when someone arrives trembling or numb.
I see a nervous system doing everything it can to survive. My role
is to steady that ground, restore what was silenced and guide you back to yourself.
You don't need to toughen up. You need to be rebuilt.

My background includes psychotherapy within NHS and specialist services, forensic mental health teams, group therapy facilitation and Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy -- including High Court cases where psychological harm intersects with power and law.
I have worked with individuals in acute crisis, professionals targeted and scapegoated until their identity began to erode, and complex presentations where trauma, power and systemic dysfunction collide.
This is not theoretical work. I understand how prolonged exposure to threat alters cognition, behaviour and the nervous system. I understand how power structures reinforce that collapse.
And I know how to reverse it.

My Work Has Always Been About Dignity.
I know what it feels like to have your identity systematically dismantled at work. I have experienced bullying, harassment and smear campaigns firsthand. I know the self-doubt, the sleepless nights and the moment you start wondering if they're right about you.
They weren't right about me. And they are not right about you.
My career has taken me from fashion merchandising to the NHS, from London mental health services to High Court advocacy, from forensic mental health teams to founding a specialist recovery programme built on one core principle -- dignity.
As a Specialist Therapist, Forensic Recovery Consultant and former resident counsellor for LBC Radio, I bring psychology, neuroscience and lived experience together in a way that is personal, professional and profoundly human.
Member of recognised professional bodies, reflecting a commitment to ethical practice, ongoing development and high standards of care.
