Clinical counselling offers a confidential space to explore challenges, understand patterns and find a way forward when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.

Drawing on nearly three decades of experience in psychotherapy, mental health services and complex case environments, I support individuals dealing with anxiety, emotional distress, depression, relationship difficulties, identity disruption and the psychological impact of high-pressure environments.

My approach is thoughtful, practical and deeply respectful of each person's unique circumstances. Sessions are designed to help you understand what is happening beneath the surface, stabilise your nervous system and develop healthier ways of thinking, responding and moving forward.

My Approach

My work combines psychological insight with practical strategies that help you regain stability and perspective.

Integrative Approach

We work to integrate all modalities and will often incorporate hypnotherapy and energy work with the therapeutic work. Much of my training has been psychodynamic, integrative and parts work with a Jungian approach. Locating that missing piece takes an village. I'm trained to safely guide you.
