This session is intended for people who genuinely want to stop smoking. If you are unsure about quitting, it may be better to wait until you feel ready.
My stop smoking programme is designed as a single intensive session. During this session we work directly with the subconscious patterns that maintain the smoking habit, addressing cravings, triggers, and the psychological attachment to cigarettes. Most clients only need one session. In some cases, a follow-up may be recommended if someone has particularly strong habits or multiple triggers, but this is not usually necessary.
Yes. Hypnotherapy can be used to stop vaping, e-cigarettes, nicotine pouches, or other nicotine habits. Although the delivery method is different, the underlying habit loop and psychological triggers are very similar. The session focuses on breaking the behavioural pattern and helping you identify as a non-smoker or non-vaper.
Stopping smoking is not about willpower alone. Smoking is largely driven by automatic subconscious habits and conditioned triggers. Hypnotherapy works with these deeper patterns, helping to change the way your mind responds to cigarettes. The only real requirement is that you genuinely want to stop. Once that decision is made, hypnotherapy helps reinforce it at a deeper level.

No. The session is a professional therapeutic service and the fee covers the time, preparation, and expertise involved in delivering the treatment. Hypnotherapy is designed to support behavioural change, but the final outcome always depends on your personal decision and commitment to stop smoking. For this reason, refunds are not offered.
