Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm afraid to post publicly?

This isn’t a public group. It is private. All posts are moderated. You set your own pace. Just observing is okay. I will be monitoring all posts to ensure safety and security. My main objective is ensuring a supportive and protected space for everyone.

Can I join the Community and not do the Course?

It is recommended that you do the course as it fully supports your recovery, and this is the main point. When you are suffering from harm, it becomes difficult to focus and so you often look for distractions. The course helps you to move beyond it and to learn what is happening to you and in doing so, you begin to recover. However, there is no time limit to when to start or finish the course. You may chose to join the community for a few weeks and then start the course. Some people will find comfort from just being in this supportive community with my input.

What if I have questions during training?

I have structured the course so that there will always be time for questions and reflections. Everyone evolves at their own pace and development. I support you whatever your needs during and after the training. Leave me a message or video. You can also ask other students for peer support.

What if I am feeling overwhelmed?

Then this is the perfect space for you. You don’t need to do anything but be here. You don't have to “catch up”in the course. It's self-paced. You just need to start. I encourage you to take it in bits. Participate in discussions when it feels right.

What if I want to go onto the annual plan?

Email me and this can be changed over, but it will be timed before your next payment is due, so not immediately. This keeps things smooth and easy for us both.

What if I complete the course and want a session with Sha?

I will be providing live sessions once a month for Strategists as this comes with their membership. If you want to delve deeper, you can apply to The Inner Shift which is my signature program of 1:1 sessions. More on that here.
